Free Shipping for orders over $100

For most orders over $100 shipping is free. For larger items like tables, jukeboxes, arcade games & electronic number boards shipping costs vary depending on your location and the size and weight of the product.

Costs for Delivery on large items start from $40 and products can be shipped to both city and country areas. If you're unsure about shipping on a particular item please call us during business hours or email us for a firm shipping quote.

Shipping Costs for orders under $100

For most orders under $100 shipping is charged at a flat rate of $12 per order.

Do you ship outside Australia?

At this stage we only offer shipping within Australia.

Who is my order shipped with and how long will it take to get to me?

Shipping times vary depending on the size of the item. Smaller items are sent either via Direct Freight Couriers or Australia Post Express post and generally take 1-3 days for delivery. Larger items are sent via off-peak courier and may take upto 7 business days for delivery.

If you need an order urgently or need a more accurate ETA on delivery, please email us or call during business hours. 

Orders ship from both our Perth & Melbourne locations and orders received before noon are usually shipped same day.

Is my order insured?

Insurance is optional but can be provided for an additional charge. Please call or email us for a quote on insurance coverage. Charges vary depending on the physical size and cost of the order.

Can you ship to a PO Box?

All orders require a signature at time of delivery so we do not offer delivery to PO Boxes at this point in time.

Can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped you'll receive an email confirmation along with a tracking number. You'll be able to track the status of your order online through the courier's website. Note that tracking statuses are usually only updated every 12-24 hours.
